THE experience of the global COVID-19 pandemic raises a troubling question about the state of human society: Why would so many otherwise intelligent people refuse vaccines that can save their lives and help protect their friends and loved ones?
The answer lies to a large extent in shame, and in the ways government officials, scientists and community leaders should and shouldn’t deploy it.
No doubt, the products of science have brought great benefits to humankind. But in their pursuit of new achievements, its practitioners haven’t always comported themselves in ways that inspire universal trust...

Americans used to pride themselves on a live-and-let-live approach. That sentiment got trashed over the past 2 years...indeed, the weaponization of "shame" via families, friends, neighbors, and congregations has torn apart these segments...grandparents aren't allowed to see grandkids without vaxx papers, childhood friends can't play together because Karen the Mom demands masks, and so on.
Why, it's almost like it was DESIGNED to work out this way.

People pushing these BS “vaccines” have an ocean of innocent blood on their hands.
I'm one of the health care, "heroes" who regularly gowned up and took care of the sickest COVID patients. I have probably gotten COVID multiple times and have checked my antibodies every 6 months with positive results. I see no reason to get an experimental shot when all the liability is stripped from the proponents who have hidden the side effects.
"Shame the freeloaders?" Piss off! I earned my antibodies and the shots neither prevent the disease nor its transmission.

We didn’t refuse anything until the people we trusted started lying thru their teeth about a quickly ginned up untested vax.
When you purchase a firearm and if you carry it, you need to practice situational awareness. Further, if you don’t get training or go to the range, you may not respond properly when attacked. Understanding the nature of threats and the latest advances in bad guy tactics helps to keep you alive and a step ahead of the game.
Good luck shaming me. I have lived through 2 years and several exposures with no vaccines, no symptoms, no nothing, and I can be very stubborn.

For starters, the covid things are not vaccines.
