A Texas father was arrested Tuesday after police found human remains in his kitchen — which he said were those of his son who died in 2018...
When officers arrived, they asked the man if he knew why they were there.
The father identified the remains as his son who died in May 2018.
The father was jailed and charged with abuse of a corpse, and the body was sent to Dallas for further investigation, officials said.

The gruesome discovery was made after police were prompted by concerned citizen to conduct a welfare check at the New Boston home of David McMichael, 67, police said in a press release. Rather hard to fathom how this happens.

Not condoning keeping your kids in the freezer, but it’s kind of ironic to charge the father with abuse of a corpse, considering what the “further investigation” will do to it.

He’s not pining, he’s passed on. This parrot is no more. He has ceased to be. He’s expired and gone to meet his maker. He’s a stiff, bereft of life, he rests in peace. If you hadn’t have nailed him to the perch he’d be pushing up the daisies. He’s rung down the curtain and joined the choir invisible. This is an ex-parrot

Might not hurt to see who the corpse voted for in Nov 2020.
