Sipher attacked Grenell because Grenell is gay and Sipher is a homophobic, lying piece of shit . .

Hmm, shoe is on the other foot now . . .

They need to revoke the clearance of every ex-IC officer high or low who can’t tie the need to have a clearance to a classified contract! No courtesy clearances Period!
Not for liberals not for conservatives not for anyone unless there’s a legitimate contractual relationship that requires it.

"While I was calling for sanctions on Putin’s pipeline, @john_sipher was saying Hunter Biden’s laptop was Russian disinformation. You lied. There wasn’t a single piece of intel that suggested it,” Grenell said in the tweet...

Hard to argue with that! A lot of Democrats are just lying liars who lie - even (or perhaps especially) when they're nominally 'public servants'...

Gay bashing from a homophobe.

I do not buy into any of this "misinformation" and foreign election tampering bull crap. As side foreign money flowing into campaigns, I don't give a damn about what foreigners say or do not say. We can make up my own minds about that is true or not true. Just show us the evidence, and think the opposite of whatever the mainstream media says. That includes FoxNews.

A 2017 article from Sipher promoting the Steele Dossier:

A second look at the Steele dossier-knowing what we know now. (Barf Alert)

[Editor’s Note: In this special Just Security article, highly respected former member of the CIA’s Senior Intelligence Service, John Sipher examines the Steele dossier using methods that an intelligence officer would to try to validate such information. Sipher concludes that the dossier’s information on campaign collusion is generally credible when measured against standard Russian intelligence practices, events subsequent to Steele’s reporting, and information that has become available in the nine months since Steele’s final report. The dossier, in Sipher’s view, is not without fault, including factual inaccuracies. Those errors, however, do not detract from an overarching framework that has proven to be ever more reliable as new revelations about potential Trump campaign collusion with the Kremlin and its affiliates has come to light in the nine months since Steele submitted his final report.]

Sipher whined that Trump said he trusted Putin more than the US Intel community.

Well given the serial lies of the intel community - a prime example of which is Sipher’s claim that Hunter Biden’s laptop was “Russian disinformation” on the basis of zero evidence, I’d say Trump was right. The deep state is completely untrustworthy.
