Kim Foxx, the DA who fraudulently dropped the charges against Juss Smellett, needs to be punished too.

How many days out of the 150 is he required to Serve? I expect him to be released in a week or so. The corrupt legal system had to do this because his crime was exposed. Let’s see what happens.

In my county you get 1:1 good behavior. Plus other things will trim the time. He’ll do about 60 days.
And how much of the estimated $130K does he have to pay back for the investigation he started?
I guess he would not mind those 150 days with mens.

$120,106 restitution to Chicago for the investigation expense (after $10,000 credit for payment made in the earlier plea deal)
$25,000 fine

The judge emphasized that he committed perjury. Will he be indicted for that?
150 days on a concrete bed with a stainless/rimless toilet if he behaves himself.
A featureless cell with a tiny wire reinforced window and feeding slot if not.
