I want to stay on to try to find contacts in our highly commie area who are NOT commie. I’ve reached out to some to try to create a network outside SM. I hoped to get some on FR also…didn’t get much response. To have REAL people to REALLY organize with when SHTF.

See, I have a hard time backing away from asinine statements. I’m a bit argumentative. Funny because I’m basically very peaceable and just want to be relaxed or have fun.
Here in St. Lucie County, FL, the mods on ND tend to look the other way on political threads unless you go ad hominem.
I think many people are too ambitious promoting any rational cause on any social media. You are not going to cause a road to Damascus moment for a deeply programmed progressive. The best you can ever hope to do is introduce a vague element of doubt; not one they would admit, but one they might ponder during commercials on the Don Lemon show.
But that is exactly why one might discuss with others!
ND is also full of digital scammers and panhandlers. Most communities have resources to help people in need, yet these panhandlers on ND can’t seem to use the computer from which they are posting their tale of woe to find them.
And I have proof of all this. What the person I offended did not know is that I work with the local LE all the time in my line of work, and I am a member of the local volunteer S&R.
I drink beer with these kids. As I do with their fathers, and as my Dad who was an officer did with their Grandfathers. It was these beer buddies who asked me why someone would be remotely using their local resources to locate me.
So I told them... All they could do was shake their heads. So whoever was fishing most likely got nothing. But it doesn’t change that they tried and abused privileged resources.
I just looked at the link, there's not a single person on the whole page that looks like they may be anywhere close to being a republican or even a RINO. Mostly white liberals.
Absolutely, but who here was it? Would they fess up? Unlike them I just let it go and chocked it up as a lesson learned. Free speech is not free speech. And some people have no life and nothing else to do but go out of their way to cause others grief.

Its not just wrong it's illegal. It's a misappropriation of government resources for personal gain.
If it happens again make sure you find out which supervisor or manager issued the order to harass you and work up from there. Roaches don't like the light and at some point they will decide you are more trouble than its worth.
