Yes, we all know Biden declared a "Mandate" - just as he dictated 42 Executive Orders his first two weeks in offices.
With all of his mainstream press corpse creating the "fear", has any actually published the OSHA Code and Paragraph that allows an employer to mandate off-jobsite health practices that Biden is using? Has OSHA actually written their "Law" yet? Or is it merely another overreach - like the CDC "rule" that prohibited renters from being released for not paying their rent?
Fauci: "The only thing I have, is fear itself."
Joe Biden: "The only thing I need to offer is fear itself."
Geezus, it’s HIIPA.
How can they, there is no rule to challenge in court.
There is no published mandate from OSHA....yet.
Sorry, HIPAA.
Can any employer ask an employee if they have HIV? Hepatitis? If they are receiving treatment? What kind?
Next EO he signs will be for the termination of America.
Supposedly OHSA sent it to the White House a week or two ago, but it hasn’t been issued.
No. It’s HIPAA
;-)
Minor nitpick - Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act of 1996 (HIPAA)
HIPAA not HIPPA
but to answer the title, First the rule has to be put in place (not currently in place) and THEN someone can file a lawsuit.
It’s HHIPA.
I am hopeful that the whole thing will be struck down before it takes full effect. Pretty sure it has zero to do with HIPAA/HIIPA/HHIPA.
Finally ๐
Can any employer ask an employee if they have HIV? Hepatitis? If they are receiving treatment? What kind?
Or fire a girl who becomes pregnant.
* HIPAA
It doesn’t violate HIPAA. Whether or not it’s constitutional remains to be seen.
Actually it's HIPAA. Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act.
That is the current problem, no decision has been made and police changes are being enacted “voluntarily” with government getting the private sector to their bidding.
There are two executive orders.
They can ask if you smoke or use drugs.
Or fire a girl who becomes pregnant.
Pregnancy is covered under FMLA and other laws.
