Gang members doing business. The successful shooter knew an assassin was coming, drew when he heard someone coming, hadn’t even seen him yet. That’s the only reason he’s alive and the other guy got shot. He was tipped off ahead of time.
The assassin drew as soon as he ID’ed his target, but he was too late.
Since the video is without assignment of the two individuals how do we know the guy in the hoodie is not planning to bust in at the doorbell camera location and the T-shirt guy is not the resident about to be invaded who exited and circled around tot he front door to get shot by the wouldbe intruder?

Looks staged & fake to me. You just shot someone. Why post it to twitter? I have no way of knowing. It could be 100% authentic. It just looks staged to me.

It looks authentic to me. Download it and watch it in slow motion. If the man being shot is acting give him an Oscar though I suspect he got a casket.
You have 1.5 seconds from draw to shoot in most circumstances.

My vision is not so good. There are things in the video you saw and I missed, clearly.
You can see a white plastic bag (for a second) full of something like you get when you buy groceries in the shooter's left hand right after he makes the shot.
