If he’s crazy…..turn him in so he can get help.
Our system is set up for that.
If he’s a killer…..turn him in.

Because the parents are putting themselves in big jeopardy taking care of their boy.
They’re in denial.
I don’t see that establishes a thing.
Could have been for the parents and Brian, or the parents and their daughter. They do have at least two offspring.
I’ll wait for the tv movie of the week.
I don’t envy the police in dealing with these domestic violence cases. The abused party will too often claim that it was an accident or something like that and plead that everything is fine now. But if there are credible reports that one party was physically violent they should arrest the perp and let the courts sort it out. That at least provides cool down time.
But I wasn’t on the scene and neither was anyone else. It’s sure easy to condemn and make up fantasies about what occurred while sitting in the comfort of home.

The guy “looks” guilty. The parents “look” (sort of) like they helped him.
BUT, we don’t know WHAT he told them. We don’t know if they were involved in anything “criminal”.
Just WAIT for the FACTS to come out.
I’m sure their lawyer told them to SAY NOTHING. Very good advice for EVERYONE.
If you are involved (in ANY way) with a police investigation, the only word you say is “lawyer”.
Make ZERO statements, say NOTHING! Your words and information may land you (a completely innocent person) in PRISON!
One seemingly innocent statement can be “used against you, in a court of law”.
That’s why we have the Miranda warning.
ALWAYS take advantage of it, if questioned by the police/law enforcement/government.
The cops need to bring them in for questioning. Separate them and do the good cop, bad cop routine. They know something.
