Agreed. but with this resounding chord of caution: In 1789 our Constitution DID NOT include its first 10 Amendments aka the "Bill of Rights".

There is no certainty that a COS (which I support) would perpetuate and enshrine those precious Amendments!

It is this spirt of caution that has prevented its use for over 2 centuries. Jefferson thought it was going to be much more often than that. The good news is that its very rarity will take the left off guard. They want power concentrated in DC and only care about the states because of the way they draw districts.
