“Could, but won’t. Our RINO’s have no spines.”

80% of the Republican caucus in the House voted Paul Ryan’s man Kevin McCarthy minority leader in 2020 over Jim Jordan. If the GOP wins the House in 2022, McCarthy will be elected Speaker by a unanimous yes vote from the Republican caucus and a 100% no vote from the Democrats. Republican politicians do not want to be led by a conservative nor do they wish to support a truly conservative platform. Witness the death of Newt’s “Contract for America” and the Tea Party.

Do not there is any law against it, but I would be very surprised if it happened.

Not going to happen. He’s a resident of FLa, and his area is very heavy NYC Democratic. Even if he managed to run in a district it would be 2020 again with all the accusations and made up BS along with 5M mail in ballots. He is not a Insider Club member, no sooner would he be in, the $#!t storm would start up again. What is going on in DC will always be protected. IMO, Too many hands have been soiled, and everyone is connected. Yeah, yeah, conspiracy, but who is going to do anything to look deep into it? No one, they too would fear being exposed? So the show continues and the curtain remains up. The idea is great but who will do anything about it? Dems and Rinos are one, and there aren’t enough independents to support Trumps run. The Big backing $$$$ is with the Democrats. We don’t need another uniter, we only need a real Leader. Real Leaders are rare these days, but we do have gaggles full of greedy celebrities with Sxxx for brains.

A lot of RINOs are retiring or WILL be retired/replaced by much more Trumpian members..

All depends if he can get the votes. If he seriously went for it and the door was open then you never know.

Its never been done before but these are strange times!

The litmus test for MAGA support of any Republican candidate must be supporting the restoration of Trump as the rightfully elected POTUS, auditing the 2020 election,(including Senate races), and insuring election integrity. Any RINO who doesn’t get with the program needs to be primaried, or primaried if he/she is suspect.

Can it happen? I guess it could. I would not run on that as a platform.

He will be as old as Biden if he runs again. Two years won’t make a difference. We need to get rid of all the old office holders.

Rumor has it that being a Congressman is not a prerequisite to be Speaker.

He would need to win his local congressional seat

This question arises because it has been established that the Speaker of the House does not have to be a member of the lower chamber to become the presiding officer. The United States Constitution does not state that a Speaker must be a member.

With that being said, all Speakers, up to this point, have been from the members of the lower chamber.

Possible, but won’t happen unless we unseat the 145 that voted for Liz Cheney to lead them in Feb. (away from MAGA)

I do not think there is a rule in the House that says the Speaker must be a sitting member.

But I don’t think McCarthy, should the Rs take over, would allow it.

“Fraud vitiates everything.” That enduring opinion was the crux of the landmark decision handed down by the U.S. Supreme Court in the referenced case of the United States versus Throckmorton.

Ipso facto, the outcome of a POTUS election that is rife with one-sided fraud and criminality is rendered null and void. Especially any result which saw the winner attain his or her victory through fraudulent means and/or criminal conduct is automatically canceled and invalid under the law.

The same U.S. Supreme Court ruling also determined that fraud vitiates contracts. An election is essentially a binding contract between the electorate and the elected. This indispensable social contract is irreparably broken through voter fraud and election cyber-crimes as the public trust is profoundly violated.

A lot of them won’t be there next time. I don’t know the numbers.

Besides, most of them do what their told and if Donald seriously pursued it he might be able to get them on board.

Just speculation.

McCarthy is a wimp. He will stand aside if Trump seriously wanted to do it.

It’d be January 2023, but he certainly can be. Didn’t the house try to pass a law stating that the speaker had to be a member of congress. Not sure if that went anywhere. Nancy was doing it to stop trump. Of course.

Will he be? Don’t be absurd.
