Of course there is...they're not testing every person because it isn't necessary.
Early in the pandemic India had a fairly low infection rate despite not having a vaccine and people attributed that to the widespread use of HCQ for malaria. The virus eventually adapted itself to overcome the protection HCQ provided and the Delta variant emerged.
The ones that made it already know what it is, a bio weapon aimed at killing half of life, to avoid the world war...slow death camps of fake vaccines and variants coming from the vaccines..
