The World Health Organization has said it is monitoring a new coronavirus variant known as "Mu", which was first identified in Colombia in January 2021.
Mu, known scientifically as B.1.621, has been classified as a "variant of interest", the global health body said Tuesday in its weekly pandemic bulletin.
The WHO said the variant has mutations that indicate a risk of resistance to vaccines and stressed that further studies were needed to better understand it.
"The Mu variant has a constellation of mutations that indicate potential properties of immune escape," the bulletin said.
After being detected in Colombia, Mu has since been reported in other South American countries and in Europe.
The WHO said its global prevalence has declined to below 0.1 percent among sequenced cases. In Colombia, however, it is at 39 percent.

There are no variants.
When there are more deaths from the vaccines they will just say it’s a new deadly vaccine resistant variant. They have a BS excuse to keep going this charade forever.
Soon they will make up as many flu variants as there are for the common cold. They are both corona virus though.

“Mu” sounds a little too oriental, better change that so hate crimes don’t spike.

We're overdue for naming the COVID strains by the pharmaceutical korporation that manufactured the "vaccine" that caused them, starting with the original gain-of-function bioweapon. (Although Daszak-Fauxi might be the best name for it.)
...Moderna Strain I & II, Pfizer Strain I, etc. Each one of these strains has a Patient Zero whose health records can be matched to the shot they took.
You can’t sure the Common Cold, because there are so many variants.
People get customized flu shots every year, because there are always new variants.

Isreal reported just this week that those with natural immunity who have already had covid or came in contact with it do better with these so called variants than those who are vaxed
