What scientific evidence does the FAA have that masks have been proven to protect people from Covid 19?
Finally, does the FAA have this type of legal authority granted to them?
Let the lawsuits fly.
Notice the fine print: “wearing a mask properly”
I’ve run into only 4 people who claimed I wasn’t wearing it “properly”.
One got fired for harassing customers.
Two are now unemployed.
The third got off his power trip and joined the rest of the world.
He definitely should not have touched her, but I’m cool with everything else.
...the passenger’s actions made the attendant cry.

That's what I am wondering...
Masks are proven to be harmful, the lawsuits needs to happen.
Just do your best never to fly, and I say that as an aviation guy. I won’t fly commercial.
Did she remove her mask to give the safety announcement at the start of the flight?
Wrong. The fine was for daring to defy authority. When the plane becomes airborne, you have lost your rights as a citizen.
For an industry that relies heavily on good customer service, they sure have a hard time following through on it.
Show the legal proof.
I told my wife today—no flights anywhere until the mask mandates are gone.
We can wait—as long as it takes....
Haha!
Sorry missed your sarcasm.
I agreed to visit my friend in Minnesota for a gallery exhibition of hers that will be opening soon, and I will be flying there. Driving is not an option due to time constraints. I’m not looking forward to the flights to and from. It will be the first I’ve been made to wear a mask since early May. Any advice on how to handle this is much appreciated. I’ve chosen a window seat in the hopes that I can turn my head to the window and remove the mask to under my nose periodically. Are there any that look like real ones but have small holes or perforations that would make it easier to breathe? I hate wearing them, and haven’t done it unless absolutely required.
Why are people even bothering to fly? It’s basically a training session for subjugation.
Somebody really needs to bring back the Pony Express.
Correct. It clearly falls under the Except Clause of the US Constitution.
