Do you know anyone dumb and naive enough to write only "Text me!"?

I don't! None of my friends - who know how very much I prize explicit, detailed descriptions - would ever write only "Text me!"

By the same token, I wouldn't be friends with anyone who would think that "Text me!" is a sufficient message.
