There was a study posted here on FR a few weeks ago that showed that DHA in modern supplements can cause cardiovascular issues as well. Perhaps there’s a balance that should be struck? Most modern fish oil supplements have EPA and DHA in certain concentrations. I’ve not seen one without DHA. YMMV.
So if you are likely to have heart problems take DHA, if you are likely to have prostate cancer take Velveeta?
