Exactly my point. Here in PA, the vast majority of federal land, which is small compared to out west, is in the northern tier as part of the Allegheny National Forest. For the life of me, I could never tell any difference between National Forest from State Forest, except when it comes to developing resources on that land, e.g., most recently fracking shale for oil and gas. Which by the way, there are some 22 Trillion (that's with a T) cubic feet of natural gas in the Marcellus shale formation and additional reserves below that in the Utica shale formation.

This nation is so rich in resources and so rich in innovation. When there is unencumbered access to those resources there will be a way developed to extract those resources for the benefit of Americans.
