Has the project been shut down yet by Biden/CCP ?
I haven't seen anything indicating that. I assume the funds for this have already been appropriated and can't be pulled back. Also in the vast humongous US Government spending machine, this is just a drop in an ocean. There are too many other things that have higher priority to Xiden.
