Great!
Mr. Limbaugh made it look easy.
If Dan Bongino is smart, and I think he mostly is:
Dan will clearly state on his first show:
“I am happy to be here, we’re gonna have a great show today, but in no way do I consider myself a ‘replacement for Rush Limbaugh’. There can be no true replacement, as Rush was one of a kind.”
A little humility and respect will serve Dan well as he tests the waters as a national host.
NOT TRUE.
Bongino will appear on some Cumulus stations, which are only a small portion of the EIB network.
I can’t wait. I rearranged a medical appointment tomorrow so I could hear Bongino’s first show.
With a very different style from Rush, Dan Bongino is a great thinker, and I enjoy listening to his shows.
Best of luck, Mr. Bongino!
I wish Dan luck, but Rush will be harder to replace than Carson.
Bttt
As I have stated previously, when Rush passed I began archiving the decades of podcasts. I happened to hit ‘play’ on an August 2007 podcast. It is before the 2008 primaries, and Billary is the agreed-upon front runner ‘no one can touch her’ candidate. Obambi is just a babbling bozo at this time..... Well.. I have been listening consecutively and now listening to the week before Thanksgiving 2007. There are many factors that make the podcasts relevant to today. Rush always relates most things to the timeless subjects we all care about so deeply: truth, justice, honor, love, freedom, and on and on.
Many of the same creeps (Pelousy, Schumer etc.) are still around today.
SloJo is a part of the mix, but every one knows, then, in 2007, and today, that SloJo does not have any chance without truck loads of fraudulent ballots.
By Thanksgiving 2007 Billary’s massive lead in the polls is starting to crack. Obambi has not started to surge yet, and I am so looking forward to Rush’s Operation Chaos, in which Rush pushes the Billary candidacy to keep Billary in the race, and keep/make the race interesting longer.
There are many hours where Rush is simply on fire, operating on all cylinders. Every hour is a gem. I, of course, remember we cannot call him, but I know he hears us. At this point he still broadcasts from New York a few times a year. Eventually he will completely separate himself from New York, and eliminate the phrase ‘The Southern Command’ (to describe his Florida studio) from his vernacular. To the end the New York State taxing authorities went after Rush for any dimes and nickels he ‘might’ have earned in New York. He sometimes stated he had to prove he was NOT in New York to these creepozoid, leftist tax collectors. Well, soon we will be listening to Rush on Thanksgiving week 2007, and we will look forward to, as we always have, to The Real Story of Thanksgiving. If you have not read and listened to it, go right now and find it. Our founders knew many, many, moons ago that communism and collectivism were evil.
Andrew Wilkow is just amazing. The way he breaks down the left's arguments.
As I understand it, Dan will operate out of the Conservative flagship D.C station WMAL. Dan worked out of WMAL years ago after he lost the House race in Maryland. I presume his show will be syndicated across Rush Country. I hope he does more interviews on his show than Rush did since he is operating out of the belly of the beast - Washington D.C. WMAL can be Internet live streamed and they have a great all day Conservative program schedule.
Does the current version of the show, with guest hosts, continue on non-Cumulus stations?
I hope Dan Bongino will succeed. I’m not sure if I’ll hear him yet here. I hope soon he will be on WFLA...
There will not be another Rush Limbaugh! If Dan Bongino grades out a 85 or better on the Limbaugh Scale within his first month or two, I’ll give him a “Pass with Distinction” score.
(And I expect that he will exceed my expectations)
Dan had a big fight with Geraldo Rivera when Geraldo went on about supporting the Palestinian terrorists just like the leftist sh*t he’s always been...........
Bob Grant, Rush Limbaugh....Dan Bongino? I sincerely wish Dan the best. He’s got some big shoes to fill.
Dan Bongino is not taking over the golden EIB microphone.
“... announced on his website that he would christen his new program...”.
So we capitalize black now but not Christen.
No offense, but he can't and won't.
Talk radio is on life support. Until it can do something about cowardly and format-obsessed management, (callers can't speak for more than 30 seconds, OK?) overworked hosts juggling 2-3 different media careers, egotistical hosts interrupting callers and even guests, retard-level callers and insane amounts of repetitive/aggravating commercials and product placement, it will only get worse. Most likely we will not have talk radio as we know it in 10 years anyway.
