I think Britain has quite a bit of it. Those white cliffs of Dover and all.

If we could turn Gates into chalk dust and spray him into the stratosphere that would do a world of good.

By the same principle, wouldn’t a warmer earth create more water vapor (and cooling rain) in the atmosphere by evaporation...accomplishing the same thing or better than spraying chalk?
To: DFG
Chalk dust.
Great for the lungs.

Hah! I should have read the replies first. Isn’t it remarkable that three of us immediately considered the proposal so insane as to conjure images of a straitjacket?!

Wait a second. I saw this movie. The more apt question to ask is, “who owns the train?”

I’m not sure where they come from. I would feel a lot safer if these meglomaniacs would stop trying to save us.

The experiment has already been done (by Mother Nature). In 1816 a volcano exploded in the south sea area and put so much ash in the air it blocked the sun for over a year. It was known as the year without summer.
Results were no crops and the temperature dropped. People died of starvation and of the cold! The experiment does not need to be repeated.

We're actually in a cooler than average period considering the history of the planet.
And life is still here.
If they want the planet to get back to normal, they are going to need to warm it up some, not turn it into a giant popsicle.
And really, don't all these climate hysterists believe in evolution, too? Don't they think that life will adapt to the new warmer conditions?
For me, I'd be happy to see less snow, a longer growing season, and lower heating bills.
