Two Irving Park men burglarized their downstairs neighbor’s apartment and stole his camera-equipped doorbell, prosecutors say.

The alleged victim came home Wednesday afternoon and realized items were missing from his apartment on the 3700 block of North Albany. So, he pulled up footage from his surveillance camera network
Much to his surprise, the video showed his downstairs neighbors, Chad Palmer and Denue Kerr taking a laptop, iPads, and boxes of property from his residence,

I was somewhat saved by my parents moving from Portage Park, Chicago up to Glenview or this may have been my fate.
Much to his surprise, the video showed his downstairs neighbors, Chad Palmer and Denue Kerr ... Police went to the upstairs apartment that Kerr and Palmer share.
Kerr, who has no adult background, was released on his own recognizance.
Wow. Stealing from your own neighbor and taking the loot back upstairs to your own apartment. Any creature capable of that sort of thing should simply be taken out and dispatched.
