Don't you just love it when a federal officer is so polite to a monster? Little Tracy likely won an award for outstanding "customer" service with this comment. (Not a big deal ... it just irritates me when I hear it ... often enough, that's all.)

Well there's a red flag right there. Anybody spending 20% of their income on death insurance for family members is expecting them to die and soon.
