“ OSU played five less games. That’s a lot of wear and tare they didn’t incur like everyone else did.”

OSU was obviously bigger, stronger, certainly more motivated than Clemson. The only team that can physically match up is Alabama. Should be a heck of a game; good old fashion smash mouth football...
‘Should be a heck of a game’
depends on whether Fields is healthy; because the Tide is going to hit him hard and often...with a healthy Fields, OSU should win it all...
btw, this playing for a title after a mere five regular season games is absurd; of course OSU had a tremendous adantage last night...but then again, having zero fans in an outdoor 70,000 seat arena when six feet distance is supposed to be the magic standard for safety is a clear example of how this ridiculous mitigation is about power and its primacy over common sense...what a farce our power structures and citizens have been the last ten months...
And being as rested as osu was they should be in better shape than Clemson.
I just hope Fields wasn’t hurt so badly as to affect his sharpness. Gutsy kid! I fear though that he may have broken or torn something with that shot to the ribs/kidneys.

I have to admit to not watching the Ohio State - Clemson game but I did watch Alabama just obliterate a pretty good Notre Dame team.
That Alabama receiver DeVonta Smith is just in another league. Amazing athlete. Beside his 3 touchdowns he made a leaping catch down the middle surrounded by defenders. The pass itself was perfect but very risky. You don’t see a play like that often and you need great players who are confident in their teammate’s ability to pull it off.
I find it hard to believe any team can beat Alabama. But it ought to be a great game.
Going to be a ho him. QB is FUBAR.
