The ‘kraken’ is the sleeping giant now awakened within the GOP

When Republican electors across crucial swing states cast their electoral votes for Donald Trump in the face of the left’s insistence that Joe Biden won the election, I thought to myself: when did the GOP grow a spine?

On Monday, Republican electors in the battleground states of PA, GA, NV, and AZ convened to cast their electoral votes for Donald Trump. While this was a necessary step to stop the barrage of voter fraud across these states, I’ll admit, I was shocked that Republican electors did it.

For a long time, we’ve seen the GOP kowtow to Democrats on nearly every front. We’re censored by big tech, smeared in the media, mocked in popular culture, and endure malicious political prosecution, as in the cases of Michael Flynn and Kyle Rittenhouse. On the other side, Hillary Clinton destroyed 30,000 emails, federal bureaucrats broke countless laws in the Russian Collusion hoax, leftist radicals burned cities and attacked police, Obama weaponized the IRS against Republicans, and illegally imposed DACA. The rules are clear: Democrats can break the law whenever they want.

So, when Democrats got caught violating numerous state statutes and the U.S. Constitution to steal the 2020 election, and our judiciary has done little to stop it, the double-standard seemed all-too-familiar. The courts interpreting laws and past precedents loosely when advantageous to Democrats and more rigidly towards Republicans has been the standard for some time.

I have to admit that I am unclear about how different slates of electors both voting works out. Is this a maneuver to keep the battle in front of the jellyfish-spined judges?

One thing is clear, the democratic party MUST be dissolved, disbanded, kaput. We can NOT allow that party to continue to operate in it’s current destructive communist state.

The dismantling of the Rat party MUST be the first item on the agenda for Trump’s second term. Along with the arrest and punishment of all those involved in the election theft, including those judges that looked the other way.

I am especially anxious to get those traitors into President Trumps fully stocked torture chamber at Gitmo. Mika Brezinsky will get a taste of the Cat o’ Nine Tails. Joe scarborough will be introduced to Mapplethorpe’s titillating bull-whip.

Hopefully, the ‘procedures’ will be televised to warn other propagandist what is coming their way.

Some rumors suggest...because of Covid, that the Biden inauguration won’t anything more than a virtual event (maybe 8,000 logged on and watching the top 300 democrats from around the nation...dancing with each other).

I do not believe it matters unless the state legislators also grow a spine... what Texas tried to make them do is going to have to come from them.

The pink pussy hat patrol will probably have a private ballroom rented and forty cameras broadcasting their virtual ‘event’.

The only folks actually walking around DC on that day will be drug dealers, Hunter in search of cocaine, and sixteen Fang-Fang ladies searching for their Senator/Representative boyfriends.

The election is now contested.
The courts will not touch the issue (so far, just like 0bama’s fake birth certificate).

Electors certify to the Government, via their vote, the election is free from corruption, ballot stuffing, foreign influence, etc.
Those electors voting for sleepy Joe, and ignore the heap of evidence pointing to illegal acts are in legal trouble.
Their names to be revealed January 6. The fake news will have you believe all of Joe’s electors cast a vote for Joe

Come Jan 6, if a few people object to the votes cast, the congressmen suss out the facts and decide who is President from the electoral votes in front of them.

They decide between Joe and President trump

The issue falls to the politicians.
President Trump declared a National Security threat a few years ago.

Those who support sleepy Joe/Red China will win an all expenses paid trip to Club Gitmo

Donald Trump tweeted a couple of days ago that Governors Ducey and Kemp not only did nothing to help him, but actively fought against him more than they did any Democrat. He then urged the voters of AZ and GA to vote them out.

Things seemed to change after that -- not with Ducey and Kemp, but the Republican electors being seated is big.

These RINOs think that Trump's voters will forget all about him, and I think from the number of phone calls and emails they have been getting threatening to primary them might be starting to have an effect.

Even if Trump does manage to get a second term, I really, really hope that Ducey and Kemp are voted out. That would send a clear message.

I'm also looking forward to the Dominion grift being exposed and a return to paper ballots. I'm from Tennessee, which is redder than red. It has always puzzled me why we keep electing useless RINOs like Lamar Alexander and Governor Lee. It makes perfect sense now, and notice that Alexander recently added his voice to the chorus of those wanting Trump to concede.

The number one enemy of this country is the media. They make all the decisions on what they deem important. They set the agenda. The media is the party, the ‘elected’ politicians are mere figureheads doing the bidding of the media. After that, it’s the judges.

I’m from Tennessee also.

The squishes win because when a real conservative runs the squishes convince a second conservative to also run that splits the conservative vote and thus the moderate gets the highest number of votes.

Doesn’t always happen (see Marsha Blackburn) but I have seen it happen too many times.

Right. Unclear. Can a state legally send two slates of electors? What if the were barred from the voting, are they still legal and their votes get counted how?

Both the House and the Senate have to approve of the alternate slate, and Pelosi certainly will not allow the GOP electors. What of Mitch - will he allow it? Too uncertain unclear - it almost seem like a can of worms comparable to the election itself.

Please read the DNC v. RNC Consent Decree. The litigation started in 1981. For 36 years, the Republicans have been under the heel of the Democratic Party. The consent decree expired December 01, 2017.

This all goes back to a lawsuit...in 1981. The following is compiled from an account on The Judicial View, a legal website specializing in court decision research and alerts, and from “Democratic National Committee v Republican National Committee,” Case No. 09-4615.

A concise layman’s explanation was presented by NPR in a podcast interview with elections law expert, Rick Hasen.

http://archive.today/saErr

Essentially, the RNC consented to a no-compete-agreement that was under threat of enforcement as a contempt of court for the interval from 1981 to December 2017.

Is this something like having Collins run for Senate in Georgia? Because of having three candidates for the two seats, we may lose both seats and thus the Senate and thus the entire government of the United States. The Republican party is really pitiful..... actually disgusting is more like it.

I still do not understand why Collins was still in the general election. Why wasn’t there only one Republican in each of the two races in the general election? Wasn’t there a primary election in Georgia? The number of things that had to be unusual happening in Georgia that have lead to this horrible situation is astounding.
