I wonder, if the election outcome in any state or several combined reaches the Supreme Court, what remedy would best suit that Court?
The Court issues a rejection or a remedy. If the Court chooses to seek a remedy, the following is a suggestion of what remedy would disenfranchise the least voters who are on record as legitimate, not in question via mail-in ballots.
Late in the evening of 11/3 early morning of 11/4 a command from 'someone' came to the powers overseeing the counting in Milwaukee, Detroit, Philly and Pittsburgh, Atlanta, and Maricopa County, Arizona and a few other cities. That command was to stop counting and send away the counting observers watching the counting. That was coordinated, not coincidence.
When lawfully appointed observers / monitors were no longer present to lawfully observe counting, the several cities restarted counting massive numbers of 'mail-in' ballots.
There are several legitimate issues with these massive ballot dumps, beyond the forced exclusion of lawful monitoring. ALL of the ballots counted during the illicit counting are suspect since illicit means were used to hide the counting of these suspect ballots.
As a reasonable remedy, the Supreme Court could point to that moment of coordinated stoppage until lawful observers were prevented from watching subsequent counting, as the point beyond which no ballots can be included in the lawfully received votes at the various precincts. Disqualifying all ballots counted after that stoppage and ejection of any legitimate observers is the remedy the Court can use to legitimize the election results.
The status of ALL candidates for down ballot positions and the top of the ticket presidential position would be remedied with the least amount of actual voters disenfranchised. Such a remedy might make a run off in Georgia unnecessary and might even bring a good man from Michigan into the United States Senate.
I wonder where all the election positions stood when the stop counting command was issued?

The job of SCOTUS is to rule to follow US Constitution (state legislatures to make the voting rules/laws) and that each state to follow their own legislated voting rules/laws.
*IF this New Mail in Voting does not follow state legislated rules/laws, then they are not legal and thus not valid.

Remedy...let’s say in 6 months it is proven without a doubt the Dims criminally stole the presidency... squeek out GOP majority either now with recounts or win 2022 and keep senate...appoint Trump speaker of house and impeach biden and then kamala.
The only remedy I see is: SCOTUS could rule a state’s election violated the equal protection clause. Due to fraud, not all legit voters or candidates were treated equally under the law. Therefore, the previous state election would be ruled invalid and it would be up to the legislature of each violating state to determine either: hold another statewide election, or as a legislative body, vote among themselves for their electors. The “remedy” therefore, would be left to the state legislative branch, who is held responsible constitutionally for choosing their electors.
For once I would support the conservatives being activist judges and doing what is right to save our nation. And just rule that Trump won those 5 states ;-).
