Also, if they have a lot of witnesses, which it sounds like they may from the number of affidavits claimed, then you’re certainly not going to parade those people in public, where they can be asked questions, before you present their testimony to the Court.
The opposite of this is what the dems often do: Lots of public bluster and showmanship, because they have little substance behind their claims. You can see them behave this way on a host of issues, not just related to the election.
Funny, in every criminal case you have a criminal allegation then you provide evidence.
We are in the allegation phase transitioning to the discovery of evidence phase. Yet the media who see themselves as the final arbiters of what is illegal and was is not want the evidene yesterday or it didn’t happen.
Unfortunately, the evidence discovery phase actually takes time to gather incriminating evidence. Hemmer is demoncrap through and through.
I do not understand how the media keeps saying there’s no evidence of fraud when there is obviously a lot of it. Maybe some of it will be sufficient to outrightly overturn the vote, but it sure puts the election integrity in doubt.

The news media asked when Donald Trump will denounce white supremacy, which he has since the 1990s. Then after he does it, the news escalates by calling him a white supremacy no matter what he says or how life has changed for the better for minorities.
Giuliani and McEnany have both explained Trump's lawyers have sworn affidavits. Giuliani's team has started filing lawsuits. The MSM response is to pretend this is not happening and challenge the President as if he is bluffing.
