At the IVIC, scientists have been working around the clock to develop a cure for the virus. Maduro said that the vaccine's active ingredient is a derivative of ursolic acid from a plant and will not harm humans.
Maduro said the vaccine would be transferred to the WHO for further evaluation and possible use worldwide.
"The molecule will be mass-produced and delivered worldwide for the cure of Covid-19," according to Maduro.
So the question we ask Dr. Scott Gottlieb, who famously expressed skepticism about Russia's COVID-19 vaccine in August: Is how he would feel about Maduro's wonder vaccine?

If he’s really got something, why that’s just great! But, I would be surprised.

How about letting people be their own health watch. For as long as I had kids, there would be the runny nose kid who gave colds to all.
When my kids got those colds, it turned into the croup or throat and ears.. usually a dr visit and meds..
This virus has scared a lot of people..some live scared all the time.
You can tell by their words.
I remember standing on the porch with my grandmother and a bad storm was 10 min from hitting. Grandma was watching the clouds and the wind like a tornado.
I asked her if she was scared. “Why..no.” so I wasn’t either.
Next day a friend was telling how they all were hunkered down in the cellar.. scared stiff.
