You do have to be a little careful with Bitchute. When I search around there for WW2 history I do find a large amount of “It’s the Jews Fault!” “Defend the White race from the Jews!” kind of stuff.

The problem with Youtube, twitter, FB is they can’t separate that stuff from, “Joe Biden’s son is a corrupt, drug addled, grifter.”

I can get yoo toob there. I use ROKU and an 8 or 9 year old samsung tv.

There used to be a LOT of conspiracy crap on youtube.

I remember binging on all that 2012/Nibiru junk 10 years ago. Most of it was really bad, some of it had decent production value but was still crap (like half the stuff you see on History channel today, lol). Underground bases was another one there was a ton of junk on.

But the point is, which is better? Putting up with all the fake crap because you have free speech ideas, or letting the site arbitrate what is truth ?

I agree but I’d rather have it all and use my brain to decide what is crap rather than have google’s censors decide. I’m an adult now and have a good BS detector. I don’t need big brother to do it for me.

What would be really cool is if I could build more own way with some buttons to take away certain posters and content from my view. That way over time I get only the things I want to see. I guess is what “subscribe” is for but still not as narrow.

I checked it and that isn’t really the same format. It is a good bookmark though. It seems to be just regular media postings. Looking for more of the alternative news sourcing.

Definitely a good admonition.
In fact, if Bitchute has a free speech philosophy (I don’t know that they do, I’m speaking hypothetically), they probably would cover themselves better by broadly announcing that user generated content is not moderated before it is posted and no assurance is given to it’s validity.

I think you can get an HDMI cable to run from your laptop/computer to your TV so you can just view what you would view on your computer screen on the TV. Unless of course you are still using a TV with tubes!!!
