Starbucks will pay its executives based partly on the progress they make toward diversifying the company’s workforce, the coffee giant said Wednesday.
The Seattle-based chain announced the move alongside a pledge to make sure people of color hold at least 30 percent of its corporate jobs and at least 40 percent of all retail and manufacturing positions by 2025.

White Starbucks applicants would do well to self-identify as a member of some other group. After all, it worked for Liz “Cherokee” Warren.
Define “diversity.” Does it just mean “inclusion” of people of “color?” Define “color,” and “inclusion” too. Affirmative action was supposed to have solved this years ago, it appears it has not as the interminable guilt against society remains.
As a blind, albino, black, cross dressing, lesbian, nun dwarf, I cover all bases! I should have a pretty high up job at starfooks.
But what if the people hired dont prove they have the merit to deserve it?

The whole thing is nuts. Would an employee who is 1/2 black be considered a black hire? What about one who is 1/4 black?
I guess eventually Starbucks will have to look to the Nazi racial laws for guidance. The Nazis had it all figured out - those guys had charts and everything.
You’ll need an authenticated 23andMe genetic pedigree to prove you’re not 100% repressive white. And then the government will have a full population DNA database. Goodbye, privacy!

Didn’t these fools pay attention to what is happening with Haaarvard and their anti-white/asian discriminatory policies?
I no longer go to Starbucks or Peets for coffee, as I now work from home 100% due to the pandemic, but I do order these coffees online.
Is Peets any better? Should I stick with them—or have they gone “woke” as well?
