United States Obtains Final Judgement and Permanent Injunction Against Edward Snowden

On Sept. 29, 2020, the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Virginia entered a final judgement and permanent injunction against Edward Snowden, a former employee of the Central Intelligence Agency (CIA) and contractor for the National Security Agency (NSA).

In September 2019, the United States filed a lawsuit against Snowden, who published a book entitled Permanent Record in violation of the non-disclosure agreements he signed with both CIA and NSA.

The lawsuit alleged that Snowden published his book without submitting it to the agencies for pre-publication review, in violation of his express obligations under the agreements he signed. Additionally, the lawsuit alleges that Snowden has given public speeches on intelligence-related matters, also in violation of his non-disclosure agreements.

The United States’ lawsuit did not seek to stop or restrict the publication or distribution of Permanent Record. Rather, under well-established Supreme Court precedent, Snepp v. United States, the government sought to recover all proceeds earned by Snowden because of his failure to submit his publication for pre-publication review in violation of his alleged contractual and fiduciary obligations.

In December 2019, the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Virginia, found in favor of the United States in the suit against Snowden on the issue of liability and held that Snowden breached his contractual and fiduciary obligations to the CIA and NSA by publishing Permanent Record and giving prepared remarks within the scope of his pre-publication review obligations, but reserved judgment on the scope of these violations or the remedies due to the government.

On Tuesday, the court entered judgment in the government’s favor in an amount exceeding $5.2 million and imposed a constructive trust for the benefit of the United States over those sums and any further monies, royalties, or other financial advantages derived by Snowden from Permanent Record and 56 specific speeches.

Very good point, about appearances, avoiding one of “punching down.”

I will say that I did squirm a bit during the debate segment concerning Hunter Biden. It seemed easily sympathetic to see a mentally impaired father unable to honestly defend his morally corrupt son who with a history of drug use, posesses no honest resume of accomplishment.

All Biden had to do was sound “stripped and whipped”, and then it didn’t matter what he said, or that he had to lie. He did that.

I think POTUS is instinctive and in any future debate forum will stick to third person reference to Hunter’s international criminal exchange of money for influence.

Everyone already knows Hunter was used as a mule transport for the money scheme, because of his low character and false sense of esteem.

Snowden breached his contractual and fiduciary obligations to the CIA and NSA...

Confirmed. Snowden was a CIA employee contracted to NSA, just as Q has told us.

Yea, but does everybody know?

Never underestimate the ignorance of the normie, sheep, low information voter.

What we take for granted is a great mystery to a lot of people.

And besides, Trump brought up Hunter as the counter balance to poor old Joe using his dead son as a prop.

Thank you, Bob I! I am a non-technical person (in the extreme) so I have no way of knowing anything regarding the sides of the debate of what technical stuff was going on with Bitem. I do know that “something” or somethings were assisting him.

I appreciated your comments about this.

Crime doesn’t pay, mofo.

The man will be instantly impoverished with a $5.2 million judgment.

***MATHEMATICAL PROBABILITY OF C19 EVENT AS SOLUTION

WHO BENEFITS THE MOST?
***

The incredible coincidence of all this pandemic stuff benefiting the China/Dem/S0r0s agenda has been mentioned by many of us on this thread.

As Q says: Do you believe in coincidences? For example, POTUS was advised to shut down the economy in order to head off 2 million deaths; now Biden accuses POTUS of presently having less jobs than when he took office. They led up to this incredible lie when Barak 0bama said that Trump's previous economic boom was a result of 0bama Administration policies. It all fits like a glove.

One very odd thing that’s been nagging at me....

Trump gets 1000s or 10s of 1000s of people at a rally.

Biden gets 10? less than 100?

Can the Biden campaign really not find even 100 people to attend a rally/speech??? I know that Trump is going to win in a landslide and we are winning BIGLY, but there must be more than 100 derps in a major city who would come out to see Biden, right? Where are they? Why don’t they attend?

They usually pay or blackmail union supporters and the like to populate these things, get some celeb to attend + play a song or two, etc., at a college campus or wherever. Seems they can’t even get or do that now (?!?!)

Recall the MKUltra programming. Remember the way crazies seemed set off by voices in their heads or phones? All these months in the basement, they may have been probing/programming/implanting Joe.

It may be as easy as sending a certain sound which causes programmed Joe to blurt out a catch phrase: that’s a lie, c’mon man, that’s just not true, etc.

WHATS THE FREQUENCY, KENNETH!?!

No, I don’t see a Catholic using “insallah” for any reason except:

Pandering to the Muslim vote, OR

Joe has been in such close contact with Muslims for so long that he’s taken to using their lingo!!!
Yikes!

Either way, alarming!

You are correct about the bracelets made to represent a decade of the rosary, but no one wears a whole rosary.

I remember how shocked I was when Madonna did it.

From what I've seen on twitter, it's "Vote blue no matter who." It seems like the vast majority of libtards don't care who the candidate is. They don't care about his policies or what he stands for or believes in or what he's going to do or not do during his term in office. He's NOT TRUMP and that's the bottom line. Why should they bother to put in the effort to go listen to some boring old speech by some boring old white guy? He's going to toe the Dem party line no matter what he says. And they're going to vote for him no matter what because he's NOT TRUMP.
