I used to love playing basketball.
It was ruined by inner city Blacks arguing over everything every 2 or 3 minutes. “Foul n****!” “That ain’t no foul n****!” etc.
Now I play co-ed volleyball. No arguing, just fun with “suburban” people.

I used to do a lot of work on public housing projects in Minneapolistan and St Paul. I noticed that the basketball hoops gradually got taken down. Too many fights started on the courts was my guess.
Dang did you hit the nail on the head. I can’t stand watching the NBA. Every freakin’ foul call leads to an argument. I watched 5 minutes of game last week. A player on Tornoto(?) went in for a contested layup and got fouled. The player who fouled him started jumping up and down like Donkey Kong, protesting the call. Houston’s coach asked for a video review, I guess assuming that his player was telling the truth when he claimed no foul. They replayed the call in slow motion and literally the Houston player’s arm nearly took the guy’s head off—it was a fairly OBVIOUS foul. Sure, he got “all ball” but that was after his arm hit the Toronto player on the head. The NBA blacks argue, dishonestly contest foul calls, and a lot of them look like ghetto thugs.

Nothing wrong with women’s beach volleyball, either. No politics, just unbelievably fit tanned females in sports bikinis to take one’s mind off the world’s troubles.
