I used to do a lot of work on public housing projects in Minneapolistan and St Paul. I noticed that the basketball hoops gradually got taken down. Too many fights started on the courts was my guess.
Every single day was nonsense.
Only good days on the courts were mostly White with a couple older Black males (30-50 y/o)
