SMH
Liberal outfits and SEIU have been suffering a lot from covid, but I guess they assume they have an Obamacar and phone waiting for them?
All the movie theaters are still closed in my area...
We had the China virus and now we got the democrat covid
Centerpiece of the city walking tour.
Back in the day. The B&F used to be an Emerson College hang outhence the radio people. (My wife was among them in 82. )
Yes WERS at Emerson is or was at 126
Beacon St.Went there once to visit a
DJ.
One time I was going to an event at the
Park Plaza hotel which of course is south
of the Public Garden and Boston Common.
I got out of the Bos Common parking
garage and started walking. It was night.
I saw the Bull and Finch and thought,
Whoops! Went the wrong way!Did a 180
and got to the PP in time.
“The Bull & Finch is kind of claustrophobic.”
The wife and I ate there a few years back on a walking tour...yes it was claustrophobic. Food was decent, place was odd.
Yes. Nothing like the set of Cheers. Was my local, a lifetime ago. Loved the notices in the bar, from the Barleyhoppers, inviting people to join them on their bar cruises. I always figured I would probably puke halfway through their run, so I never joined them (I did run for exercise at that time).
The Bull and Finch was wonderful on a winters day.......Keoki Coffee in hand, warming up when the snow and wind blew off the Public Garden. Lovely memories.
Shame. Very tourist place, but the interior looked a lot more like the TV show than the Bull and Finch Pub (very small inside).
Got a “Norm Burger” there once on New Years day in the late 90’s...it seemed to be the only place open at the time.
I DO remember that the Norm Burger was a complete rip-off.
Just another tourist trap....
Never been to the one at Faneuil Hall though.
I remember watching Cheers a couple of times and couldn’t figure out why it was so popular.
The place went downhill after Diane left...
The Anti-Statue Left says that the place has a tainted history.
