The problem is that all of these agencies are requiring the mask not for personal protection, but to protect others for YOU! That is why the vents are not “effective”.
Look up an N99 mask, then get back with me.
N99 WITH the vent had higher filtering than N95 and much higher than the cheap masks the bank gives you.
The vent is OUTSIDE of the filter.
So wear your ineffective mask and you’ll be protected from me.

While you’re looking up mask knowledge, look what is medically considered an effective mask and clothing boundary for viruses. Wear that. Because is the only thing that filters viruses. You won’t like what you would have to wear to be factually protected and will rapidly learn why this fake mask garbage is exactly that.
NOBODY is wearing the right kind of mask to actually protect themselves from the extremely tiny particle size of a virus. It’s a joke.
Then you take your flimsy mask off and what...re-use it, handle it, many times. Complete and utter fail. Protects you from no virus at all. But it makes you feel like you’re “doing something”, because some expert on the tv told you so and because you’re socially acceptable shamed for not following the other lemmings.
