They’re moving to NH, ME, & VT. Rural property is suddenly attractive to them, although they probably won’t like their neighbors.
I got my hair done a couple weeks ago here in NH and the haitdresser was telling me about the influx of NYCers. She said property is so hot now that there are actually bidding wars going on with houses and some of them are going for 20-30k more than list price.
I sure am glad that we made our move last year. I am so grateful for the property that we have.
And the idiots will bring their extreme politics with them. No lesson learned.
