Have no idea what "squirrely" means. Eat Yogurt, plain yogurt, unsweetened, a few garlic cloves, ginger, some Ganoderma tea or other such as chaga, Coriolus, Herecium and numerous others. Stomach and intestinal fungal and bacterial flora determines your belly size.
