There are no “blockbusters”.
BLM/PC won’t allow anything people want.
I was hoping to see Christopher Nolan’s “Tenet” in the theaters on a big screen. Maybe in 2021, if Gavin Newsom’s will is thus.
No, please DON’T release the blockbusters. Who wants to see remakes of great films with the leads changed to Black, gay or transgendered?
Then again, if they want to kill off the cinemas, just keep doing what you’re already doing.
I’ve been watching my favorites on dvd, as usual. I know i’m not missing out on anything.
Throw in a few "bunker busters" and I might be tempted to watch it. Provided there's good character development and the military aren't portrayed as "stormtroopers".
Try watching T-34 - it’s Russian made so it has no Hollywood actors. English subtitles since it is in German and Russian, but its worth the watch.

Well, they pretty much destroyed the “Terminator” series after Terminator 2. Though I could stomach “Terminator 3”.
I wondered how bad “Dark Fate” could be - kept seeing it on a RedBox or whatever those are.
So I watched a trailer and a couple of other things on it.

I’ve been trying to get the local theater to show Soylent green.....currently they are showing Forrest Gump

So far as I can tell, Hollywood is willing to let the Democrat Dictators destroy their industry to try to get rid of Trump. Of course, those are the people who show up at the awards shows and have more money than most people can dream of. The people selling tickets or concessions or even the trades who actually staff the studios? They don’t give a damn.
Yeah, right? Tough sh!t Hollywood, we don’t need you.
For those that do not understand why Hollywood does not produce any “good’ movies anymore I will give you my thoughts on the subject.
First, movies are no longer made for just American audience. Hollywood has become addicted to the foreign market (especially since the largest theater chain is owned by China). Foreign market do not want to see pro-American movies.
Next, they produce a lot of “action” / comic book movies because you don’t need much dialog, just a lot of fights, car chases and explosions.
Good movies requires a good story which requires good writing. None of which Hollywood is good at anymore.
