I have two. One is the USCCA app that works pretty well, though it has a few glitches. You should carry “carry insurance” if you’re carrying, and USCCA is a good one for that.

My second app is CCW, which works great and is kept very much up to date, an important thing with today’s changing laws.

I make sure I go through each state’s rules before traveling, not so much because I change my carry habits, but more so I know what I’m facing if caught, and how I need to conceal to prevent that.

You essentially answered a question I had. When traveling by car, do CCW holders ignore the law in prohibited states (such as CA) or do they comply and risk being a victim?
