A suggested site to see what kind of emergency supplies are available,
I believe that the Amish community is one of the more prepared folks as a culture and a community to handle disaster.

A list of non-electric appliances, food storage, emergency lighting , supplies, etc.,
can be found at Lehman's , located in Amish country in Ohio.
You can see the products available, and price compare, including shipping costs.

I’ve bought stuff from Lehman’s and love the place.

I’d really like to stop by their actual store some day, but am not sure the bank account could handle it.

Even if you don’t buy from them, and/or are new to prepping, it’s a great place to start. Start small with some water/wind proof matches or some water purifying tabs (both under $15) and build from there.
