I once had an email address with an 88 in it and canceled it after learning this fact. Made me angry as none of the ones I wanted was available and the one with the 88 in it was the suggestion of the host provider.

While I am Jewish, I was born in ‘88 (CE lol) So growing up my passwords and internet handles all inevitably had “88” in them.
