18 U.S. Code § 2385-Advocating Overthrow of Government includes the following definition of what constitutes treason, sedition and subversive activities under the laws of the United States of America:

The penalties associated with the above as provided in 18 U.S. Code § 2385 are:

I agree, end the two Party rule, go back to strict Federalism/Constitutional rule/States rights/de-centralize Federal agencies/end courts created by Congress and liquidate Article III’s power of Judicial Review, litigation is comprised by a 2/3rds majority of the States for any Constitutional questions, keep the central bank in case of emergencies/wars, limit their power, find a commodity that isn’t easily manipulated to back up money supply and whatever...
