You -- obviously -- are ignorant of what is taught re the law during CHL training.

To be non-prosecutable, firearms use under any CHL must be defensive in nature.

What you advocate would be considered aggressive use of a firearm -- and would almost certainly result in the licensee's arrest and prosecution.

When carrying, avoid fights -- and, most definitely, never provoke or, "pick" a fight that leads to use of your firearm.

Never said they should use it, but once they reveal the gun, perhaps the idiot would realize that someone with less restraint could pose a serious threat to her.
