20-year-old Lucas Gerhard, who faces up to 20 years in prison for posting a picture of his rifle on social media, was denied his motion to dismiss charges on June 11 in a Chippewa County court in Sault Ste. Marie, Mich.
Big League Politics broke the story earlier this year of how Gerhard was banned from continuing his studies at Lake Superior State University dorm and charged with making terroristic threats because he posted an image that triggered a far-left student on campus. Because the student was scared by a picture of a firearm with text making fun of liberal snowflakes, Gerhard is facing decades in prison as a result.
The Court repeatedly denied a request made by Gerhard’s lawyer, Nick Somberg to record the proceedings and broadcast them on the internet. They are determined to keep the railroading of an outspoken conservative under the cover of darkness, particularly now that the story has gone viral. Many supporters of Gerhard were denied entry into the courthouse as well, with the COVID-19 pandemic used as an excuse to keep them out.

If he had posted it with a threat against Trump, FraudCo’s SS would have quickly investigated and “cleared” him.
I hope they don’t look at any boot camp pictures on social media.

I (seriously) regard the left’s clenched fist gesture - ubiquitous at all of their rallies - as an implicit threat of violence. Why are they never charged?
Here’s what he wrote, along with that picture of his rifle.

I guess the “Taking this bad boy up“ part was worth an investigation. It could have many different meanings. So have some agent go talk to him. But an automatic arrest? No way.
Oh, and one more thing. Kathy Griffin held up a model of Trump’s severed head. That was an explicit call to violence. Yet she was not arrested. I wonder why. It’s quite the mystery (not).

See my post #9. I had to do a bit of digging. And I do find it odd that Blunt Force Truth would omit that important fact. Perhaps they are pursuing an agenda as well.
The point is to bankrupt you as you are forced to defend yourself against a nonsensical charge.
These judges need to be impeached and thrown out.
If only we had either a First or a Second Amendment...

I must respectfully disagree. The kid did not post “Here’s my new deer rifle” or anything like that. He posted something that could be fairly described as odd.
Odd things should be gently checked out.
Is everyone starting to see the future? We better get ready for watering the tree of liberty. Seriously start to prepare mentally and physically. There is no way we are going to vote to change the corruption. Only war will bring peace.
