while this cancels out almost all my qualifications for obtaining a federal job (have sometimes dreampt I might possibly be able to do some good if could connect with the right position, of course)

still and all,
I stood nearly zero chance anyway what with all the racist hiring practices there (they even ask you to fill in your race on the initial job application forms!)

USAJOBs was/is the worst example of an employment website I've ever seen, and it can be manipulated in ways to weed out qualified candidates in favor of a select one or two that the agency really wants to hire. In a word, cronyism. It is so entrenched in the government hiring process that I doubt it can ever be totally wiped out.

I sincerely hope it can, because folks like me who have been passed over for jobs that I'm totally qualified for, in favor of the boses' pet employment, would benefit from it.

Now this order can NEVER be repealed due to previous history.

The President should make all kinds of executive orders and tell his critics that it has already been decided by the Supreme Court that Executive orders can NEVER be overturned.
