Yes. He called to thank Rush for his support. I believe Rush posted a link to Flynn’s defense fund on his website and raised a lot of cash for him.
By speaking in public Flynn may also be tipping the fact that he MIGHT be willing to violate his gag order and spill the beans. Sullivan would have to try and enforce an order related to a charge he’s been ordered to drop. And if he does Trump can then go the pardon route.
Combined with the release of that Strzok note today I think Judge Sullivan is being painted into a corner.
Rush said Flynn has signed dismissal order, waiting for the judge to sign it.

Only if he uses the FBI to enforce the law and immediately arrests any protestors violating Federal laws.
General Flynn will likely file a few Civil Suits and succeed. Hope he bleeds them all dry.
The conservative media has always referred to a gag order for Flynn. Just prior to this thread, there was an FR thread where the article posited that the gag order was the real reason for dragging out the sham prosecution over the last two years.
