Q is the result of the sacrifices and commitment of countless patriots to win back our captured country from the Deep State and achieve the transformation President Trump promised in this campaign video. President Trump has said the awakening of the public is key to this transformation.
Q describes this awakening as follows:

"Free thought" is a philosophical viewpoint which holds that positions regarding truth should be formed on the basis of logic, reason, and empiricism, rather than authority, tradition, revelation, or dogma.
When you are awake, you are able to clearly see.
The choice is yours, and yours alone.
Trust and put faith in yourself.
You are not alone and you are not in the minority.

A panel of judges did the ruling. But the ruling can be appealed to the entire court. There are twenty members of that court (mixed bag).
Question is if the three G. H W. Bush appointees will vote with the DS.
We already have a feeling of how the eight Obama, Clinton, and Carter appointees will vote

The photo of Obama is very odd. The facial features are very clear, but the ears, neck and shoulders are fuzzy. He just has a strange look.
I’m just saying that Sullican can appeal the decision to the entire court. Look at its membership. How many are derp appointed.

I agree. It was taken with a short depth of field that gives it the “fish eye lens” look, where the center of his face is emphasized, the shoulders/ears de-emphasize. This probably led to some size distortion where the nearest surface, the plane of his face, is slightly increased in size compared with the rest of the photo.
This technique may have been used to try to give Obama an intense look, as if he were leaning into the camera in hopes of faking the ‘air of command’ he never had in real life. His demeanor was always that of someone looking for a coffee table (or presidential desk) to put his feet on while he slouched back, imbibing substances.
