Q is the result of the sacrifices and commitment of countless patriots to win back our captured country from the Deep State and achieve the transformation President Trump promised in this campaign video. President Trump has said the awakening of the public is key to this transformation.
Q describes this awakening as follows:

"Free thought" is a philosophical viewpoint which holds that positions regarding truth should be formed on the basis of logic, reason, and empiricism, rather than authority, tradition, revelation, or dogma.
When you are awake, you are able to clearly see.
The choice is yours, and yours alone.

I'm thinking perhaps the three stars vertically at left represent a rearrangement of the stars in the DC flag. Those current DC flag stars were set to represent The City of London, District of Columbia and the Vatican. They won't be replaced, but they'll live in fear (i.e., be "yellow", even against their "sea of blue", representing the vast numbers of 13 bloodlines-types that current inhabit the Deep State/Senior Executive Service). Some things will take time.
The Deep State will be rearranged and replaced by Digital Soldiers (emphasis on SOLDIERS--of which there are many very experienced and very well trained non-digital soldiers, too) fighting for the sea of red behind them.
Perhaps there's something like DNA in the lowest horizontal box/bar at right, but generally, flags stand for the people being represented, so I think the mostly red backdrop of the lowest of the three bars is almost entirely red by virtue of so many of the other colored "dots" having done a #WALKAWAY. There could be a message akin to "every knee shall bow"/"all will see the Light" (since it's going to be biblical) there, though of course, we don't bow to anyone other than our Maker...

You have a missing executive of a company that processed thousands, if not hundreds of thousands of transactions for child porn. The executive has all of the information of who produced it, distributed it, and consumed it through these financial transactions. Meanwhile, why not steal some money while they were at it and cover that up too.
...The executive supposedly flew into a Southeast Asian country, at least according to the immigration arrival records in the country’s computer system. However, he is not on any video. No one remembers him on the flight. The next day he supposedly leaves for the country behind all of this, but there were no flights to that country at that time that correspond with the immigration records...

The Bureau of Immigration’s database shows the former Wirecard chief operating officer arrived in Manila on June 23 and departed for China from Cebu the following morning, Guevarra said in a mobile phone message. However, there’s no airport security footage of his arrival and there are no records of any flight to China the next day, he added.

This Wirecard fraud is huge. And given the nature of their business, this is definitely it. I bet Mr. Marsalek knows where the bodies are buried; apparently he is about to turn himself in to German authorities (if the news I read is still current)
