Below, I'll put a little research regarding the diplomatic process the UN uses to enter the discourse in other nations' race relations (a.k.a. "peace keeping").
The US doesn't not recognize the UN's authority and recently made that clear once again in the President's EO regarding the International Criminal Court. In fact, that may be a lesser reason WHY the President took this particular opportunity to slap down UN pretensions again.
If the UN were to become involved, I suppose it could lead a "coalition of the willing" (a.k.a. "coalition of the evil") to pretend to rescue minorities from "governmental oppresion."
Regardless, in case the UN gets involved, here is an excerpt of case study supplied by a UN document hi-lighting the diplomatic leverage they add to protect minorities in foreign countries. This example is "diplomatic" only.
I wondered if Pelosi or others have started the diplomatic process. In the UN document, there's a section stating that complaints of systemic human rights abuses start with a confidential complaint. How convenient - that way the public doesn't participate, two sides are not heard:
"This is a confidential procedure that enables individuals, groups and NGOs to inform the UN of any human rights situation that may reveal a consistent pattern of gross and reliably-attested violations of human rights and fundamental freedoms. This is not a procedure for dealing with individual complaints, and complaints do not have to be submitted by the victims themselves. This procedure has universal applicability, irrespective of ratifications of human rights treaties by the state concerned. The 1503 Procedure (named after the ECOSOC Resolution by which it was established in 1970) refers to rights and freedoms that are considered as common standards for all states, most importantly the provisions of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights (UDHR)."
That last part sounds like they "get" to "help" even in nations that have not signed human rights treaties.
The UN document gives an example of the diplomatic process that preceeds their involvement, without ever indicating they would send troops. They would just "intervene"
On the first day of the WGM, she made her intervention concerning the non-recognition of non-Tswana-speaking tribes and the discrimination against linguistic minorities in Botswana.
She highlighted a case where the Wayeyi tribe had won but the government had not implemented the court decision, and made recommendations to the Botswana government and the WGM.
The ambassador had come to the WGM with a prepared reply. He gave her a copy a few minutes before he made his statement. In it he emphasized the richness of diversity in Botswana and stressed that the Constitution prohibited discrimination.
At the same time, he said that national unity was the most important principle and that no one tribe was greater than the nation. He also said that domestic remedies should be exhausted before an issue is raised internationally...
The WGM chair disagreed with the last point and noted that the exhaustion of domestic remedies only applies to individual complaints to treaty bodies.
Minority Rights: A Guide to United Nations Procedures and Institutions
That text could be modiefied to form a complaint re the ongoing race relations in America as portrayed by the MSM. I also note that the excerpt from the UN asserts that they need not delay intervention until "the exhaustion of domestic remedies" which only applies to individual complaints.
The UN document references the ICC as "independent" but having established a relationship with the UN (wink-wink). I'm tired of removing piles of formatting in the UN document that enlarges text, so brace yourself for big letters.
The statute envisages that the ICC will also havejurisdiction over the crime of aggression, once states par-ties have agreed a definition. The ICC is an independentinternational institution established by treaty, but hasformed ties to the UN. Victims, or civil society organiza-tions representing them, can bring evidence of crimes tothe office of the Prosecutor at the ICC to encourage thestart of proceedings. Victims can also participate in theproceedings, and have a right to reparation.
I saw no mention of troops in that particular document, but it may ultimately fall under the last page of the documents under the section titled "Technical Assistance".
No smoking gun - just looking at the language used to justify UN "assistance" to the oppressed.

PS: While researching, I came across a document wherein the UN receives condolences for an attack on it's embassy in Baghdad, noting that the UN's presence was there to help the oppressed citizens. This wouldn't be the UN's first rodeo. :/ (top paragraph of the document)

Elsewhere in the document, it says that UN troops are supplemented by the nations' troops and others. There's the coalition, I suppose.
The UN scenario would likely be the diplomatic face of a greater power volunteered by players like China or others.

Q has said that many times (i.e. symbolism will be their downfall) in contexts other than just this picture. I don’t think Q is saying the symbolism in this particular picture will be their downfall, but that generally speaking it will be, as it will verify who they are once people begin to wake up. I believe symbolism has also, on occasion, given the white hats clues to some of the cabal’s plans.
So the UN hid their aspirations to rule the world, and their plans for military intervention world-wide, until after its charter was accepted. Funny how that happens, eh?
Then to gain legitimacy, the UN seems to absorb "culturally sensitive" forces within and surrounding the civilian population it seeks to control. If the UN ever did try to intervene in the US, all foreign infiltrators and domestic traitors already in the US could therefore be recruited to wear a UN helmet and combine with international charter groups to form "peace keeping" troops.

In my post prior to this one, I quote text that indicates the UN absorbs infiltrators and traitors already present and positioned within the population. They become “UN Troops”.
To keep the bag limit low, the public MUST be decieved into believing any attempt to interfere with them endangers our freedome, is lawlessness and treason, and will defeat the aid offered us at a time we’re supposedly in danger of falling/coup. They can’t succeed if the public is awake and resists.
It seems like the dems might be trying to wander down that very path. Their Antifa thug brownshirt would certainly tie in nicely with the UN. And the DNC-controlled media certainly isn’t shy about covering for them.
Insurrection. As far as I’m concerned, stopping it sooner rather than later is a must.
