A lot of military guys have Asian wives... a lot of expats here in the Philippines have retired here to their wives towns. And not all of them are white guys.

Yes they do, and well that’s who they fell in love with so be it.
I think American men feel American women of any color are hard to deal with.

“Race is an artificial construct.”
That’s right. That’s why it consumes us 24/7. Just a figment of our imagination. Just like sex.

Not only bi-racial, but most are white guy with black woman, which is less common.
And the white guy has to be the dumb guy while his wife is the smart one.
The expedia ad with the black woman relaxing in the tub while her white husband is returning home with the dry cleaning is annoying! They then get in the car with her 2 black kids and his redhead kid. Political correctness dripping.

Half and half is cheaper to buy than full cream. It would cost twice as much to employ two monochrome couples. Note however, when Hispanics are used it’s never a bi-racial depiction.

My daughter’s best friend married a guy who happens to be black. We were asked to help coordinate logistics at the wedding.
I had never met him. When I did and found out he was black, I turned my back and walked away.
NO! I clapped him on the back, shook his hand and wished him the best. He’s a strong Christian man.
I met his dad at the wedding. He’s a very good man as well.
Truly not something I care about or even consider.

Still trying to understand what the other 89% (at least the men in that group) were thinking.

“Thats ONE IN SIX COUPLES and the trend is increasing !!”
We lived in downtown DC for 10 days last summer. Easily 40-50% of white women were dating, married, walking down the street holding hands of black men.
We always thought the commercials of black men white women were virtue signaling. More life real life at least in the large cities.

Is it just me, or has anyone else noticed advertisers act like there is a federal law requiring couples on TV ads be depicted as bi-racial.
If an alien came to the US and watched tv they would surmise that blacks were the majority of the population and were smarter than any other race. They would think that black people run the government, and that at least 50% of couples were interracial black/white. Unless they watch the real life cop shows. Then they would get a different perception.

I see it all the time myself. Last night I was surprised to see a Daisy sour cream commercial with the dad, mom, and child all the same race. It was shocking! /s

I have been visiting the Texas beaches since the end of April. It seems that nearly **all** the families I see are biracial. Everyone is getting along and having a great time from the great grandparents down to the bi-racial babies.
How many generations can racism be sustained with this going on?

The Bible only exhorts us not to marry a non-Christian and thereby become unevenly yoked. It does not prohibit the different races from marrying. That being said, there are bound to be issues arising from two people of different cultures marrying outsiders and having children. The heaviest pressure seems to come from surrounding family members who do not approve.

We have been coming to the Texas beaches for many years. Due to the riots I am more sensitive this year to noticing inter-racial families.

I have a former colleague, a white girl who grew-up in rural Pennsylvania. Her husband is from the Caribbean. He is visibly black, but as he came from one of the world’s nautical crossroads his ancestry also includes Indian, Hispanic and Chinese blood. Their kids could literally tick every box on those stupid government forms.
