President Trump has made a gesture that because of the crackdown by China, the US would be willing to take a large number of Hong Kong residents (pop. 7.5m, and likely the cream of the crop of those in Macau pop. 700k as well).
We could get their wealthy, their white collar professionals, those with college degrees, etc.
While not exactly rooftop Koreans, after finding their economic footing in the US, they would probably hire rooftop Koreans.
