Check out this clown in Minneapolis with the black umbrealla.  Clearly he is going around trying to stir things up. What is the purpose of the black umbrella?  He is covered from head to toe to hide his tracks.  This reminds me of the umbrealla guy at the JFK assaintaion. 

Could this be a Deep State operative trying to stir up race war before 2020 election?  Maybe the umbrealla tells others he is protected from above?
